"The booking process on the website was very user friendly and easy to use. However, I was referred to download the app to my phone. After doing such on the app itself there is no where to input the booking reference and there was not an option to create an account on the app itself. These minor issues are easy to work around by doing it on a desktop but it does detract from the app's ease of use."
